Jocks - NEIPA Size:Case (16) Here’s a beer named inFroth Technologies has been producing exciting craft yeast throughout New Zealand since 2019, now its finally making its way to Australia and weve been given the opportunity to experiment with some strains. To showcase what each yeast can do, we've brewed two identical beers in terms of water profile, malt bill and hop profile, but changed up the yeast on each. Jocks features Rudeboy (FT21) and with a dry hop addition of a highly elusive, hop HBC 1019
